“I was already working in a customer facing role, but I wanted to develop my skills further, especially in a role where I would receive on the job training and support.

“At the minute my main focus when I’m not working is saving up to buy a house.

“So far, I’ve loved getting to grips with the businesses sites, products, services and marketing campaigns. I really enjoy speaking to customers directly which is why this apprenticeship is perfect for me.”
