If you are having issues with getting a fuel quote from us, here are some frequently asked questions that might help:

Do I need to create an account to get a fuel quote?

Yes you need to create an account to get a fuel quote from Certas Energy.

I've not received an account confirmation email

When you create an account you should receive an email from us which has a link in it to confirm your account. You won’t be able to log in to your account unless you have confirmed it.

If you’ve not received your account confirmation email then please check in your junk/spam folder as it may have gone in there.

If it is in your junk/spam folder, before trying to click on the link, move the email in to your inbox and then click on the link. Most email clients won’t let you click on a link if it’s in your junk/spam folder.
