We wanted to close the week by catching up with some familiar faces from previous national apprenticeship weeks to hear how they’re getting on and to also celebrate their achievements:
Our Customer Service Apprentice, Hannah passed her L2 Customer Service Apprenticeship with a distinction. She is now undertaking her L3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship
Ashleigh completed her Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor apprenticeship. She is now currently undertaking L5 Operations / Department Manager and has moved into the role of Tender & Commercial Manager with our National Accounts team.
Nathan passed his Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor with a Distinction and is currently completing the L5 Operations / Department Manager qualification. Nathan recently moved into the role of Balfour Beatty, Vinci Manager, accountable for the management of 5 Depots integral to some of our key accounts.
IT apprentice Caitlan is progressing with her L3 Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship and is due to take her end point assessment this year. Good luck Caitlan!
HR Apprentice, Chris successfully passed his L5 HR Consultant / Partner Apprenticeship and moved into the role of HR & Apprenticeship Officer supporting us with our apprenticeship strategy.
Kayleigh Graduated in October with a graduate level Apprenticeship in BSc (Hons) IT Management for Business. Kayleigh has a pivotal role of IT Helpdesk Team Leader managing a team of 6.
IT Apprentice Kyle has completed his Level 6 IT Professional Apprenticeship ahead of schedule; and is now undertaking his Level 8 IT Professional Apprenticeship.
HR Apprentice Chloe has successfully passed her L3 HR Support Apprenticeship and has moved into a new role within HR by joining the Resourcing Team, well done Chloe.
Erin passed her L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with a Distinction and is a vital team member in the Contracts Team within National Accounts.
Driver Apprentice Kyle passed his apprenticeship 12 months ago and is now a fully qualified driver within Castleford. As we all know, given the current driver shortage across the industry, Kyle’s depot are delighted to have another skilled driver onboard.
To all our apprentices past and present, it is your hard work and commitment that progresses your career. We are so proud of what you have achieved and look forward to building the future of our business and the future of your careers together.
