As you are no doubt aware, the events currently taking place in the Middle East are of concern, causing great uncertainty, and this is also having an impact on the wider energy industry.

We are currently facing an increased volume of calls to our contact centre, and our team is working hard to ensure customers are able to speak to a member of the Certas Energy team. We appreciate your patience at this time.

Customers should continue to order their fuel as normal. Certas Energy is the largest independent distributor of liquid fuels in the UK with a robust national supply chain through our many supply partners. However, due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, we are currently unable to provide spot customers with a price quote, when taking their order. We are keeping this situation under review.

As your trusted fuel partner, we will continue to monitor this situation closely, and we remain in continual and open dialogue with customers, suppliers, the trade bodies and other key partners. We appreciate your patience at this time.
