Boiler troubles are a pain at any time of year, but you especially don’t want them in winter. So let us help you get back up and running (and cosy!) quickly.
You don’t have to be a Certas Energy customer to call us – our team of qualified engineers will visit your home, investigate and diagnose the problem.
What to expect from an emergency repair:
- We charge a flat £150 call-out fee (including VAT).
- If your boiler can be fixed during the visit, the engineer will provide a quote for any replacement parts before carrying out the repair.
- We aim to offer a next-day call-out service, depending on availability.
- If extra time is needed, this is charged at £60 per half hour, so you’ll always know what to expect before any work is done.
