Governance architecture
The three principal vehicles for ensuring our good governance are:
- The Certas Energy Board – manages ESG matters and oversees company’s strategy, execution, and risk management.
- The Environmental Sustainability Committee – support and develop the company’s position and response to climate change and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
- The Risk and Compliance Committee – keep the company up-to-date on changes in law, regulatory focus and ethical practice.
