“I decided to undertake this qualification as I like to learn new things, and I see it as a way of progressing within the business.
“So far, I have learnt about different leadership styles, communication methods, and managing change. I’ve applied all this to my day to day role, as the team and I are going through a big change, where our depot is under refurbishment. This has meant that we’ve had to move out and work from different depots.
“My next steps are to progress to the next level, by using my new knowledge and skills. I may even look at trying to do the ILM level 5, as this will help me develop and grow within the business.”
