“I decided to apply for a management apprenticeship because it’s something I’ve always wanted to do.
“I had more encouragement and focus to complete my apprenticeship because the programme was organised through Certas.
“So far, I’ve learnt a lot in terms of different management styles, supporting learning and development, reviewing plans and the overall performance of colleagues.
“I would happily take the opportunity again to further my own career development by completing another qualification.
“I’ve been with Certas for 11 years this year and although I have a lot of knowledge of the industry, sometimes every day can be a new learning experience in itself.”
