A message to all our valued customers

Following the recent announcements on 4 January 2021, regarding the reimposition of stricter lockdowns in England and Scotland (in addition to the current restrictions in Wales), we would like to reiterate to all our customers that Certas Energy remains fully operational as a critical service.

All of our brands will continue to deliver fuel and service all customers with no disruptions, whether homeowners, farms or commercial users. We have established well-developed and safe operating procedures for all our drivers and heating engineers. The safety of our customers and colleagues remains our No. 1 priority, whilst also ensuring that we prioritise vulnerable customers.

Our drivers will make deliveries as normal, however, to protect both them and our customers, they will distance themselves as much as possible from human contact. I am sure you will understand and support these exceptional measures.

I would like to reassure you that we are taking Coronavirus/COVID-19 extremely seriously. Our response strategy to the evolving pandemic is continually under review and our plans are being refreshed daily with updates being communicated via the Certas Energy website for all customers.
