You can pay for your heating oil in monthly instalments or choose to pay via invoice as and when you need additional fuel. We offer various monthly payment options to suit your budget and help you manage your heating oil deliveries and fuel costs.

With our Planned Delivery service, we automatically come and top up your fuel whenever you need it. So, you don’t need to contact us to order or arrange a heating oil delivery. The automatic deliveries are triggered by our predictive technology, which takes into consideration things like your usual oil consumption, ordering patterns and weather.

We’ll send you price and delivery notifications in advance of delivering your fuel. We will also send you regular statements so you can keep track of your heating oil usage.

As an additional benefit, you can choose to pay for your fuel service in 12 easy monthly Direct Debits with PLANNED Pay Monthly, so that you can spread the cost throughout the year.

This payment option lets you order heating oil when it suits you, giving you the chance to pay in monthly instalments throughout the year. We’ll also send you regular statements so you can keep track of your usage.

If you choose either PLANNED Pay Monthly or PREDICT Pay Monthly, our team will ask you a few questions to help you calculate your monthly Direct Debit charges. This calculation will help us estimate your expected annual fuel usage to ensure that your Direct Debit payments are sufficient to cover your fuel usage for 12 months.

Yes you can. If you choose PLANNED Pay Monthly, we will automatically schedule your fuel deliveries for when you need it most based on our predictive technology. We send you notifications on price and delivery dates. If these are not suitable, give us a call to re-schedule or discuss price.

For customers on PREDICT Pay Monthly, we will send you helpful reminder alerts via text message or email when we think you are ready for your next fuel top up. However, you are still free to order at the time that suits you best, outside of your alert cycle.

The most important factor when considering where to buy your home heating oil is the quality of fuel and level of customer service. Whilst your heating oil may cost slightly less from another provider, it may not last as long as a high quality heating oil like Premium Kerosene.

As the price of heating oil can be so changeable, there is no set discount for bulk deliveries. It is advisable to regularly assess how much heating oil you have to ensure you don’t run out.

Consider topping up during times when prices are lower, for example during the summer months. If you can gauge your usage and plan accordingly, you will be able to make savings when the price of heating oil is at its lowest.

Whilst we will do our best to ensure that your monthly charge covers your fuel usage, on occasion we may need to adjust your Direct Debit where your usage exceeds our initial estimate.

In some cases where your final monthly payment will not cover your usage, we will request an additional payment at your anniversary month.

We will provide a quarterly and annual statement and we will let you know in advance of any adjustments or additional payments owed.

Your anniversary month is the month prior to setting up the Direct Debit. In other words, if your Direct Debit was set up in March, your anniversary month would be February of the following year.

Yes you can cancel at any time by giving us one month’s notice.

If your account is not at zero at the time of cancellation, any money that you have paid for future services and fuel not yet provided will be refunded to you. If you owe us money, we will contact you to ask for payment to close the account.

We have a legal obligation to protect our customers’ personal data from misuse, exploitation, loss or theft. We ask a number of security questions to help safeguard your information and to comply with GDPR Information Security.

When calling about an order, a delivery, or anything else that involves sharing your personal information, we always ask you to answer two security questions. These security questions are based on the personal data that you provide when you set up your account.

We comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to reduce the risk of misuse, loss or theft of customer payment details. The standards also help to ensure that all transactions are secure.

We’ve recently raised our standards to provide an extra level of security to the way we process and store customer card data. This higher standard helps to reduce the risk from ‘handling’ data.

Additionally, we now require all customers to manually enter their card details rather than quoting them over the phone. This change is to protect both our customers, employees and the business from card fraud.
