We offer flexible payment plans such as PLANNED Pay Monthly with automatic deliveries. Or opt for PREDICT pay Monthly with helpful reminder alerts and the freedom to order when you choose. Both of these services include 12 easy monthly Direct Debits to pay for the fuel service*. Alternatively, you may prefer to pay for your fuel as you go. It’s easy, breezy and entirely up to you.
PLANNED PAY MONTHLY
THE EASY WAY TO STAY TOPPED UP
PLANNED Pay Monthly, is our easiest way to stay topped up by paying monthly installments for your heating oil. We’ll automatically arrange deliveries for you when you’re running low. You won’t even need to call us to order. You’ll pay for the fuel service in 12 easy, monthly Direct Debit instalments and we’ll send you price and delivery alerts to let you know when your fuel is on its it’s way too.

PREDICT Pay Monthly
GIVE ONE-OFF BILLS THE BOOT
With PREDICT Pay Monthly, you’ll get helpful reminder alerts three weeks before we think you’re due to top up, but you’ll still have the freedom to order whenever you choose. Payments will be taken via Direct Debit on the agreed date each month, so you can give larger one off bills the boot.

2. HELPFUL TOP UP REMINDER ALERTS
You’ll receive an automatic alert three weeks before we think you’re due to order.
3. ORDER WHEN YOU’RE READY
Place an order for the amount of heating oil you’d like, with a delivery date that suits you.
4. Receive regular review statements
Get quarterly statements to make sure you’re not hit with any unexpected final bills. And an annual review to see what you’ve spent over the year to help you budget. Call your local team to set up easy, monthly Direct Debit payments to pay for the fuel service.
PAY AS YOU GO
TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR HEATING OIL PAYMENTS
With Pay As You Go, you pay in full each time you top up your fuel, and it’s all done and dusted until your next order. You can pay by debit or credit card, Direct Debit, over the phone, or online by entering your card details on our secure site. Whichever suits you.
If you’d like, you can opt for PLANNED Pay As You Go with automatic top up’s too.

This option lets you order when it suits you, giving you the chance to pay in monthly instalments throughout the year.
We’ll also send you regular statements so you can keep track of your usage.

If you choose either PLANNED Pay Monthly or PREDICT Pay Monthly, they will ask you a few questions to help to calculate your monthly Direct Debit charges. This involves estimating your expected annual fuel usage to ensure that they set up Direct Debit payments which are sufficient to cover your fuel usage for 12 months, which means you are always paying the correct amount for your fuel.
Yes you can.
If you are PLANNED Pay Monthly we will automatically schedule your fuel deliveries for when you need it most based on our predictive technology. We send you notifications on price and delivery dates. If these are not suitable you are able to call us to re-schedule or discuss price.
For customers on PREDICT Pay Monthly, we will send you helpful reminder alerts via text message or email when we think you are ready for your next top up. However, you are still free to order at the time that suits you best, outside of your alert cycle.
Whilst we will do our best to ensure that your monthly charge covers your fuel usage, on occasion we may need to adjust your Direct Debit where your usage exceeds our initial estimate.
In some cases where your final monthly payment will not cover your usage, we will request an additional payment at your anniversary month.
We will provide a quarterly and annual statement and we will let you know in advance of any adjustments or additional payments owed.
Your anniversary month is the month prior to setting up the Direct Debit. In other words, if your Direct Debit was set up in March, your anniversary month would be February of the following year.
Yes you can cancel at any time by giving us one month's notice.
If your account is not at zero at the time of cancellation, any money that you have paid for future services and fuel not yet provided will be refunded to you. If you owe us money, we will contact you to ask for payment to close the account.
