I would like to reassure you that we are taking the threat of Coronavirus/COVID-19 extremely seriously and have plans in place to cover anticipated measures from the UK Government’s published action plan. Our plans ensure that we:

1 – Remain open for business throughout this period
2 – Follow Government guidance at all times.
3 – Maintain the safety of our customers and staff

Inevitably, the COVID-19 pandemic will have an effect on our normal business operations and we will make decisions based on government advice, priority need and vulnerable customers.

Our drivers will make deliveries as normal, however, as protection to them and the public, we have requested they distance themselves as much as possible from human contact. To that end, while you will still receive a delivery note, we will not knock on your door on arrival. I am sure you will understand these exceptional measures.

We are also working closely with the Government, our suppliers and industry trade associations to ensure contingency in the supply of fuel.

Certas Energy’s response to the evolving Coronavirus pandemic is continually under review and our response strategies and plans are being refreshed daily and will be communicated via the Certas website for all customers.
