What details do I need?
When you get in touch with us, it would be beneficial to have the following information available:
- The name and address of the person who has passed away, and an account number if you have it.
- The name, billing address and contact details of the executor, if there is one.
- Once you have the relevant information to hand, you can let us know using our online bereavement form below.
