Harry joined Certas Energy just under 18 months ago having started his apprenticeship in October 2019. Let’s find out how he is getting on and what he thinks of the scheme:
“So far, I have enjoyed every aspect of my apprenticeship. The training has been exceptional and there is a real focus on health and safety and employee welfare. The Driver Trainer and Academy Instructor are always supportive and approachable.
Even though COVID-19 has affected lots of things, I have been able to continue with my training. In January I completed my final assessment which consisted of an on online exam and professional discussion. I was really pleased to have passed with an overall Distinction.
Throughout my apprenticeship I’ve met loads of new people who I now see as good friends. I was slightly nervous at the beginning, but everyone welcomed me like I was one of their own.
