Leigh Claridge, Regional Commercial Manager, Sales, South East
Leigh joined us from one of the UKs’ larges banks and was attracted by the chance to continue his personal development and the opportunities available due to the businesses national base and being a part of DCC. Leigh has progressed from a Business Account Manager to a Area Sales Manager and is now Regional Commercial Manager!

Janine joined us at the back end of last year from a competitor and was eager to join us due to our market leading position and opportunities for development open to all colleagues.

Gemma initially joined us on a temporary basis within our Credit Control team but is now with us permanently as a Asst Management Accountant.

Justin Irvine, Area Operations Manager, Llandysul
Justin joined us after being in the Armed Forces initially as a Depot Supervisor for one depot, which increased to two and progressed from there to be an Area Operations Manager of originally 4 but now 7 depots.

Myra initially joined DCC on the graduate programme and had a number of placements across the group. Myra decided to remain in Certas in a role within HR and Internal Comms and has since moved into a role within our Retail division.
“The best thing about Certas has been the autonomy I’ve been given to map out the direction I want to take my career. Through my role in Communications I was able gain exposure to every aspect of the business, liaise with a variety of stakeholders and lead key projects in our phased brand launch.
The responsibilities I carried out and the experiences I gained allowed me to effectively transition into the Are Manager role within Retail.
