Poole Wharf Duty Equalisation Form

To enable us to continue to supply your marine fuel at the correct duty rate and fulfil our regulatory obligations, please complete the duty declaration form by using the button below.

Firstly, fill out section A to declare that all fuel purchased will be used for marine purposes only, and then complete either section B or C for the duty declaration, as applicable. By signing the declaration, you are confirming that all fuels collected at Poole Wharf are used for marine purposes.

Please note, if you fail to complete the duty declaration as legally required we will not be able to supply fuel at reduced commercial or 60/40 reduced duty rates.
