Davyd completed his apprenticeship this year and looks back on how completing his apprenticeship has helped in his current role:
“I have now completed my level three ILM and I took a lot away from the course.
It is quite a lot of work, but well worth it in the end. Our skills coach, was there to provide support throughout the course; this was via the phone and monthly group meetings.
The key points I will take away are the different management models. I have already put some of these into use as I have recently taken on two new locations.
I have also put quite a few of the project management tools into practice, to help with the projects which I have been involved in for the last year”.
