Hannah joined the Customer Relations Team in January 2019 as a Customer Service Apprentice. This was her first time working in an office environment. Hannah reflects on 2020:
“Last year obviously changed a lot of things. At first , I found working from home “different” but soon got used to it and have gotten myself into a routine.
I have grown in my role throughout this last year and I have more confidence to speak to other departments when I need help with a complex complaint.
The apprenticeship and hands on experience have both helped me to understand the impact and risks of a business decision and how it can affect the business and its customers”.
Despite the challenges and circumstances of 2020, Hannah was still able to complete her Level 2 apprenticeship and passed with Distinction. Well done Hannah!
Not stopping there, Hannah is now starting her Level 3 Apprenticeship In Customer Service.
