We provide honest prices & flexible payment options, all year round

Choose from flexible payment options to suit your budget

In the midst of the UK energy crisis, we understand that paying for bills isn’t always easy. And there’s no one-size-fits-all method, either. That’s why we’re pleased to offer a range of flexible payment options for you to choose from:

Pay As You Go: Pay in full each time you top up your fuel by debit or credit card. Paying your full balance can help with budgeting, as you know exactly what’s in your bank account with no pending charges.. There’ll be no surprise bills and nothing to pay in between top ups. Simply pay over the phone or online by entering your details on our secure site.

PLANNED Pay Monthly: Our PLANNED payment option allows you to pay in 12 monthly direct debit instalments. Paying monthly will allow you to cover large bills in smaller, more manageable chunks. You’ll also avoid unexpected bills that can feel overwhelming.

Rest assured that your home will never fall cold, as we’ll arrange automatic refuels when you need them. We’ll send price and delivery alerts to you before we dispatch, so that you can plan your budget accordingly.

PREDICT Pay Monthly: Like our PLANNED option, PREDICT pay monthly also allows you to split your energy bills into monthly instalments. If you need a little more warning before your next delivery, to arrange your funds and budget accordingly, PREDICT is the plan for you. You’ll receive helpful reminder alerts via email or SMS, three weeks before we think you’re ready to top up your fuel. This option allows you to order fuel using your online account or via telephone, and pay in monthly instalments throughout the year.

We can help you to manage your energy usage

Install our smart monitor to gauge your fuel usage accurately

We recently launched a new smart monitor app: FoxRadar. We’ve made state-of-the-art technology accessible, so our customers can wave goodbye to estimated billing.

Estimated fuel bills can see you overpaying for fuel that you haven’t used. Alternatively, you might risk underpaying and face a large, unexpected bill in the future. FoxRadar takes away the guesswork to help you budget.

Reduce your fuel consumption to save on energy bills

Another benefit of a smart fuel gauge is the regular updates it provides. You can see, in real time, how much heating oil you use and when. Armed with this data, you can make conscious decisions about the appliances you use at home and the amount of fuel you really need.

Translating the latest government guidance

The government have intervened in the energy market by introducing the energy bills support scheme. This will provide £100 as a non-repayable discount (or credit) for heating oil users. However, the rules surrounding winter fuel payments and energy price caps aren’t always clear and easy to understand.

Our experts are keeping a close eye on the latest government guidance and opportunities. We are here to help all heating oil customers to understand what support they can access during the UK energy crisis.

Answering common questions

As one of the largest heating oil providers in the UK, we have unparalleled insight into what people really want to know. Customers nationwide have asked us about the UK energy price cap and how this affects heating oil users.

The government announced an energy price guarantee to help protect people’s finances whilst allowing them to heat their homes. Unfortunately, there is no price cap on heating oil. Heating oil customers must continue to seek the most competitive prices from a range of companies and providers.
